As the error code clearly means that the driver required for the device to run isn t installed. Since Windows Update is unable to find drivers for the hardware via Windows Update, please download the missing driver from the website of the Pen Recorder s

Manufacturer.

Find information and drivers for your hardware from the hardware vendor s website. Once you are at the website, find the support section and choose which driver is the best for your computer. After finding the required driver, download and install it on your

computer. Odds are that you wouldn t find any driver for Windows 7. Otherwise Windows would have automatically detected the same.

If such is the case, download the older version released for earlier version of Windows. To run the driver, you might need to change the compatibility settings of the device.
